Pricing

One price for the whole community.

Residents never pay. A board pays once for the community, set by how many homes it has.

Residents always free Per community, not per door No lock in
What you get

Every tier keeps the record properly. The higher ones take on more of the board's work.

  • Ask answers 20 questions a month
Community

The usual choice

  • Chat channels without a limit
  • Ask answers 500 questions a month

  • Priced on how many you run
By community size

Find your size, read one number.

The band is set by how many homes are on the roster. Annual, billed once.

Founding communities

$900 a year, held for three years.

The first twenty communities between 61 and 300 homes take the Community tier at $900 a year, held for three years.

Questions boards ask

The awkward ones, answered.

Do residents ever pay?

No. They join, read, reply, book and acknowledge free, on every tier.

What happens when we grow?

Adding a household mid year does not generate a new bill. Your price comes from the size band your home count falls in at checkout, and nothing moves a community to a different band on its own.

Are we locked in?

No. It is billed annually and it renews automatically until a board member cancels; canceling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the term you paid for. See Billing and refunds. Your documents and your record are yours: any member can export their own data from the app at any time, and for the whole community's records you ask us and we aim to return them within 30 days.

Can we try it first?

Yes. The app has a demo you can walk through without an account at all. A community started on the web console begins on a trial of the Community tier, so your board can put real documents in before it pays. The board picks Community or Standard when it subscribes.

Who can buy it?

A board member, from the web console. Starter and the founding price start with an email to us. One decision, not a committee process.

What if we are bigger than 900 homes?

Talk to us. Communities that size, and management companies running several, are priced on what they actually run.

Getting started

Start on the web console, or talk to us.

A board member creates an account on the web console at app.havara.app, then chooses to set up a new community instead of joining one. You do not need an invite code to do that. Email us instead for Starter or the founding price, which we arrange by email rather than on the web console, or if you run more than one community or would rather talk first. Tell us how many homes you have and what is painful right now.

Start your community Email hello@havara.app

We answer the same day on weekdays. Joining a community on Havara takes an invitation or an approved join request, so a board brings its own neighbors in.
